How To Apply To Become A Prime Property Management Vendor

   

Thank you for your interest in signing on as a vendor with Prime Property Management, Inc. We strive to build a strong professional relationship with our vendors while providing the best prices and customer service for our clients.


  

Prime Property Management partners with our market’s most respected vendors and we are always on the lookout to partner with exceptional professionals. At Prime Investment Management, we believe that our vendor network is an extension of our company and, therefore, must be managed to the same values and expectations within our own organization. 


Our goal is to build long lasting trusted relationships with vendors so that our clients and customers can feel confident they have experienced professionals working on their properties. At Prime Property Management, we want you to love the home you're in and having a well maintained, cared for property not only rents for a premium, but they rent more quickly and ensure tenants are happier in our properties. If you're interested in partnering with Prime Property Management in any of our markets, please complete the form below.



Please complete the application below in full, as incomplete applications will not be accepted. 


You will be required to email the following documents with your application, so please have the following items completed and ready to be uploaded:


· Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)- COI

· Workers Compensation Insurance Certification ($500,000 minimum)

· Completed W9

· Completed Subcontractor Agreement

· Any relevant licenses.

Once your application is received, one of our team members will be in touch to move forward with a Subcontractor Agreement.

Requirements to partner with PPM.

1. W9 no later than 2018 version signed and dated.


2. A current copy of both a certificate of insurance and workers compensation with Prime Investment Management listed as the certificate holder with the following information:

Prime Property Management 1750 Tysons Blvd. Ste 1500 McLean, VA. 22102.


3. All vendors must sign a preferred vendor agreement with Prime Investment Management to enroll in our vendor network. This agreement will be provided to each vendor once all prior documentation is confirmed.

  • We’ll work with your client and notify you when service begins.
